There are super players that can't be stopped on too many occassions. (like O.J. and Earl Campbell), even if you make consistent solid hits on them. Speaking of that, there is an angling problem...

You've obviously misread then. I DO like the game, I've said I've liked the game... I made a review saying I like the game. I even gave it an 8.0! I Can't make it any clearer that I like the game.

I've acknowledged what I like about the gameplay plenty of times, including my user reviews. Still, they didn't blow the doors off there or did something leaps and bounds better than other 2k...

2K8 is a nice try and is fun to play more often than not, but the sheer stupidity of the concept design will always keep it behind 2K5. Not that 2K5 was perfect (although I feel it is the greatest...
