Wishful thinking. There is about a .00000001% chance that EA loses this case. Being in court today is not relevant. Lots of dumb cases go to court every day. Even if a judge was on crack enough...

No, it means they have a competitive advantage which is perfectly fine in a free-market economy. I don't know how many times I have to say the same thing over and over again.

Quite a different scenario. Microsoft ran into trouble because they controlled the Windows OS and were able to bundle IE with all the computers having Windows(in other words most of them out there)....
