I wouldn't bother with 3 people, it is too hard to get consistent results with multiple people performing the same general task, that's why I say it would take a couple of weeks. 80 hours split 3...

I think it would take a pretty decent chunk of time, just like I stated in my post above. I know that I sound elitist saying this, but I know from first hand experience that programming is hard...
