Sandbox mode is one where you can flip any or all teams off of CPU mode so that you can do whatever you want in the league. You can control the teams, force trades, do whatever... it's good for...

I appreciate the good comments for PFS. I highly suggest simming through a couple seasons using the demo. I think you'll like how easy it is to use, and how quick and accurate the game engine is.
