I think he's speaking more to the frustration many feel as an individual consumer that sees a problem possibly spiraling out of control. I agree that government regulation likely isn't the answer. ...

It was reported last year (by IGN and in magazine publications if I'm not mistaken) that VC was actively going out to sign retired players for a possible "Legends" game. Nothing was announced...
