IIRC the cops in GTA 3 weren't exactly the sharpest tools in the shed and honestly I miss the days from GTA 3, VC, and SA of being able to just **** around on the map, get into some shootouts, and...

Has anybody beaten it yet? Or give overall impressions after almost a week with the game? Worth full retail or better waiting for a sale?

Yeah. I'm picturing this being a good holiday weekend game similar to Guns, Gore and Cannoli.
