it's a risk either way. The long you scout them the more accurate you information....but you risk them being poached.

I've scouted guys for 6 months and got their overall down to a 4 point range...

It wasn't a youth academy player....it was a player you were scouting....so you didn't have rights to them. Once in your youth academy they are there until you sign them or they turn 16 and they...
