I'm speaking in terms of hypotheticals. What I would do if I had sole power to make the rules. I am fully aware that this is not likely to ever happen.

If the cops have enough probable cause to arrest you, you're suspended until arraignment. If the court takes the next step and charges you, you're...

If I were in charge I'd automatically suspend any player who was arrested for any reason until the court has issued a verdict.

Bottom line: don't get arrested.
