So you want ratings updated after every single game a player plays?

If Elfrid Payton suddenly has a night where he makes 3 out of 4 3-pointers, would you make him a better three point shooter...

My concern is that ORB% depends heavily on scheme, though.

Many NBA teams have just conceded offense rebounding in favor of transition defense. It's not necessarily accurate to give a guy a low...

I'd submit that rotation caliber on the woeful Knicks is not the same standard as rotation caliber on a team that's actually good.

IIRC I recently read that McDaniels is averaging something like 2.2 blocks per 36 minutes, which is on pace to be the most prolific per-minute block rating of any guard ever. Next closest...

Makes sense. Ideally, I'd think of box out rating as how effectively and consistently a player boxes out, while rebounding rating affects how likely a player is to win a battle for a contested...
