I wouldn't call that lineup modest. It's up there with any of the best lineups in RTTP, perhaps with the exception of a Onyx Kobe or Ruby MJ, which I've only seen in one game so far.

I tried once and it was highly frustrating. It was like I was getting cheesed by the CPU. I decided it wasn't worth it.

They don't and they know this. They expect you to get frustrated and and buy VC and then use it to open packs.

They want to make it as difficult as possible to get the players you want, without...

You don't get 25MT and a player. You get one or the other. The player is in a pack in your collection rewards.
