i emailed you a couple of versions. I will also email you one right after it is saved from the xbox where I do nothing to it. Let me know if you can get any of the versions to work as me emailing it may be another option. I did send my address but hate for you to go through that work especially if we dont know it will work.

I received your full save file and uploaded it for everyone here to try.
So I think everyone here might be able to get this file working.
Full save file =3.97mb in size (before doing anything with Horizon)
File Contents portion=3.87mb in size (which is the file type you have been uploading on the front page.).

After looking at past rosters by Ruud2you & Raidersfan, I've noticed they also uploaded the full save file (3.97mb). So maybe the full save file is what everyone needs to get this working. So follow the guides below and hopefully it works for everyone. Update: it works!

I am so incredibly happy it is working. Working on America East right now. Will just keep chopping away. Remember right now rotations are not set nor most tendencies. Will do that eventually. Do plan to get everything done eventually. Thank you so much pinbw, if okay with you i will periodically send you updates. These aren't worth doing unless others get to enjoy them

Full Save (3.97mb) is the file type needed to play this.(click on blue full save link)---this file works!
That's great news..Glad to help everyone out here! All my experience with uploading offline files for NCAA14&13 football payed off here.
**So on page 1 you can replace the file with this working file: (& continue uploading this type of file)

Thanks for bringing this game back updated for xbox360 after being without one the past season. I wish we didn't lose some of our past roster makers to PS3. But who knows...maybe this project will bring them back in the future.

(Now I just wish I had a good 2016-17 roster which was more complete and even last year if it exists.. Maybe in the future for another day.)

Update: I just got the game Saturday, and was able to load up the newest roster file perfectly using Modio 3.0. I found the game to have a large learning curve esp. playing offense, so not sure how long it will take for me to improve at this; I can only score 18 to 25 pts a half sometimes getting beat by the competition:o (I'll need a lot of practice). It's definitely addicting & frustrating at the same time; after using some sliders and changing the difficulty and camera I started playing better....So I'm super thrilled having the latest player rosters and thankful for the time,effort ,and work gone into making this...very thankful for the community supporting this; should be a fun year here..

------GUIDE Instructions to use file:-------

STEPS to using 3.97mb File with MODIO 3.0:

1. First take a flash drive that is formatted to be used with Xbox360.
2. Plug it into the Xbox360.
3. Turn on the College Hoops 2K8 Game
4. Save your Profile and a Roster onto the Flash Drive.
(Roster may save to xbox360 hdd. So you may have to get out of the game and go into xb360 storage settings to copy the roster from xb360 hdd to your USB flash drive.)

5. Then You can turn off the Xbox and take your Flash Drive to A PC
6. Run Modio 3.0
7. Click on "Open A Save" and browse for your removable disk (USB flash drive)
8. Navigate the menu of your Flash drive:
Content >E0000XXXXXXXX >54540818 >00000001 > (ALL your roster files xxx.ROS are here)

9. With Modio 3.0, Open the profile file (xxx.usr) or roster file(xxx.ros) you just saved (from step 4)

10. COPY Down YOUR PROFILE ID# and DEVICE ID# to a text document or word file. ---(Save it for later use - to be pasted onto offline roster files you find on operation sports.)

11. Then take the Zip File roster files you found on these forums, and extract them, or unzip them with windows or with 7zip or winrar program.
And you should see a 3.97mb size "xxx.ROS" file. eg.Roster2018.ROS

12. You just have to move this .ROS file to the same folder that we navigated to in STEP 8 above.
13. Next, Open this 3.97mb ROS file with MODIO 3.0 "open a save" option.
14. THEN COPY AND PASTE
YOUR PROFILE ID# and DEVICE ID# (from STEP 10 Above) onto the Profile ID and Device ID white space in Modio 3.0 program General File Info.
15. Final step is to Click "Rehash and Resign" and a quick beep click sound occurs and it's done!

16. You can take this Flash drive to your Xbox360 and load up the roster file from there. You can move the roster to the hdd or save it again from flash drive file to the Xbox360 hdd storage.

(THIS METHOD WORKS FOR ALL ROSTERS found here on Operation Sports. Classic rosters, 2007 thru 2016-17 and now 2018-19 roster by bucks2buckus.)

Yo bro what's your PayPal? I'll drop ya $20 for this hard work. I've looked over the file you've done a lot of hard work on this. I'm pretty sure everyone appreciates this a lot! Only feed back I could give you is at least auto generate generic names to the lesser conferences if you can and do the WAC after WCC if possible cause Neveda is one of the preseason top 15 teams in the Country this year. The ratings on some of the players is a little off I think, but that could just be personal taste. Anyway Thanks for all the effort with this.

I don't have xbox 360 (instead PS3), but would get it for the 18/19 rosters. Can anyone give me an update as to which conferences are done so far and if the download works? Also, would like to know what conferences are still being worked on.
