Yeah, also new trade hub, etc.

I'm excited now, especially with the defensive upgrades, etc.

I just figured out I'll be out of town the weekend before launch, so looks like it will be a Day 1 purchase, but no early weekend access for me.

Way to go SCEA, looks promising!

Looks like franchise players finally get their relocation and team name changes they have asked for for years. Good for them.

What do they mean by full minor league rosters? It says rebrand your team in franchise mode and full minor league rosters. Does that just mean rebrand your minor league teams also or are we taking about fully licensed minor league rosters? If it's just rebrand your minor league teams also why bother saying full minor league rosters as that would be apart of your franchise. I'm probably just reading too much into it. I think we would all be excited if they actually got approval to use real minor league players.

Step in the right direction. Will be interesting to see if the "relocation" actually means you can rearrange the divisions, etc. Or does it just mean Houston can become San Antonio, that kind of thing. Also, what about city names on uniforms? Will be interesting to hear, but so far, it's a good step.

I'm envisioning the Madden way of relocation...you're given pre-set choices to select from in terms of cities, uniforms, stadium types, etc.

It also does no good if there are not more stadiums. I don't want to move the Rays to Montreal and still be in Tropicana Field.

I also think full minors just means they changed the Single A roster to have 25 slots instead of 15.

I am still skeptical, but it seems to be a step in the right direction

I didn't think about Single A so that's probably it. That would be good to finally be able to play with single A in both Franchise & RTTS (hopefully). Or if it's just expanded that would be good also.

Pretty happy to see some Franchise love coming our way. I'm interested to see how it all plays out, and what the changes will actually look like. But it's been long overdue to see some major attention paid to Franchise mode, and it's looking like we might have gotten it.

Glad they at least put franchise on there this time! Honestly, the main thing for me will be whether being able to change your teams name, location and logo is literally just editing the name, or whether it actually has any consequences.

Changing a bit of text doesn't do much for me, but if it actually affects things like budget, storylines on commentary and the like, then that's the biggest thing to happen to franchise in a while
