2K Sports Announces Soundtrack and Pitchfork Partnership for Major League Baseball 2K8

Hey 2K you DO know that "another" demographic plays baseball too, right? This music selection is horrid. Half these songs are Ford/Microsoft Sync commercial music. "Play artist The Strokes" "Play artist the Flaming Lips". If this is that same music looks like I'll a custom soundtrack option.

Pitchfork Media = Purveyors of Hipster America. I like all those bands but really, cmon? These songs make me want to head down to Clem's in Williamsburg, have a Pabst Blue Ribbon and dance with skinny hipster chicks, NOT play baseball. They did this a few years ago too, when they had Matador records provide the soundtrack. WTF? Gimme Dixie Witch any day over this stuff.

Same stuff every year white music everywhere, wheres the variety? im not saying have an all hip hop soundtrack either thats lame as well, but mix it up. this is crap, really though there should be custom soundtracks, there was in 2k5 but not 2k8 yeah that makes sense...

people complaining about the soundtrack are crazy. The Strokes are my single favorite band of all time, and someday always puts me in an amazing mood.

Lack of hip hop? Cool Kids? Come on, greatest rap duo out there. 88 is an awesome song.
