Yes, NBATV logo was in 2k12 and No, they don't have NBATV presentation in NBA 2k13

and the ability to edit HEADBAND COLORS. In the trailer the Utah Jazz are wearing green headbands from 2k12 and green wasn't an accessory color in edit player.
