GamerLiveTV chats with NBA 2K13 Producer, Ben Bishop, as he shows off some NBA 2K13 gameplay footage and talks about how the team will utilize the Wii U gamepad.

Just a couple of notes:

• Coaching panels on the gamepad (Call plays, make subs, change strategies
• Biometric Scan Feature - Tip the gamepad up and aim it at the TV, you can see fatigue levels, hot or cold, tap a player and get more details

Game looks good. Thinking about getting a WII U, but I read online that the new Xbox might have a similar style controller. So I'm on the fence.

We'll you do know that the Xbox controller was mapped after the dreamcasts controllers. The Dreamcast had that little window so you can hide your plays, especially when playing NFL 2K. It wasn't to this level, but I wouldn't doubt that Microsoft couldn't do this with its next console.
