I disagree because there's players that are just much better than their initial ratings suggest. Guys who didn't get any playing time last year perhaps. Joffery Lauvergne is a perfect example of this. He's the starting center (at the moment of course until Nurkic comes back) and is playing very well. If you started a franchise mode with the previous rosters - Denver wouldn't even be using him EVER. Now he will get the bench role he should have.

While he is playing out of his mind we are looking at just 1 week. It is difficult to imagine he will continue to maintain the same high quality level of play. I can definitely see the argument for an increase but I think it might be a bit too early to give him a boost.

Players go on various hot and cold streaks throughout the season. If players are having attributes adjusted every time they have a hot or cold streak over a 4-5 game span then players are going to be fluctuating all over the place.

What does being a 95 overall actually mean though? Share your opinion on what INDIVIDUAL ratings need to be increased that make up that overall.

This is why I hate overall ratings analysis. And definitely not a fan of 2k just showing us how much their overall changed. +0? Really? There's gotta be an intern or someone that can type up detailed notes. I don't expect Stauff to do it everyday.
