Re: What movies have you seen recently?

Been missing my classic Horror flicks, so the wife and I had a Horror fest that we spread over 3 days...getting to old to have a serious movie marathon anymore..

1-The Omen-1976....none of that remake crap, the REAL Omen....lol
2-Damien Omen 2
3-Omen III-The Final Conflict

Didn't bother with Omen IV- The Awakening as I had seen once already, and that was enough.

But the originals are fantastic movies that didn't need to rely on the "gore" factor to be scary. So many great moments and performances in those films it's hard not to enjoy them.

Highly underrated and under appreciated trilogy. Sam Neil was
So damn young!!

The original is my favorite but Part II and III were great sequels.

Like you said part IV was hot garbage and not necessary.

Completely agree...hell I remember when I was a youngster and watched the Omen for the first time...2 things stood out to me that STILL to this day give me the chills....

1- The intro music
2- That damn Mrs. Baylock

Re: What movies have you seen recently?

Modern horror can never equal the vibe of those 1970s films. Especially a movie like The Omen, with a classic leading man like Gregory Peck.

Re: What movies have you seen recently?

Across the Spiderverse.

I thought it was great. I honestly have been disappointed in Marvel content for the past couple years and this has been the best property for the last couple years, too bad it’s not part of the MCU.

I saw it jn 4dx and it will probably be the last time I see a 4dx movie. I think I’m just getting too old to get jerked around like I’m a rag doll . Especially this movie where there’s A LOT of action.

The art was just fantastic again, I really love this property.
