I purchased several items, shirts and pants… how do you assign them to each round of play???

Go to the MyPlayer menu. Then, go to the Locker. Right trigger/R2 over to "Apparel". This will show you all the clothing you are wearing for Casual rounds, Day One, Day Two, Day Three, and Day Four. You can go into each category (Tops, bottoms, hats, etc.) to change what you're wearing each day from here.

I see the apparel I own but I do not see anywhere showing me what is for each round or how to change it?

When you're at the Locker page in MyPlayer, and you've gone over to the "Apparel" tab, you'll see in the upper left that it's showing your "Casual" outfit:



I'm on PS4, and you can see next to "Casual" that there's options to click the L1 and R1 buttons to switch between outfits. Here, I hit R1 and switched to my Day One outfit:



If you keep hitting R1 or L1, you can see all your options for Casual and Days 1-4. Just go into each apparel category for each outfit and choose the items you want to wear.
