Currently playing in a casual franchise with some friends and noticed that the momentum is becoming an issues.

Has anyone found a way to either turn it off completely or reduce the impact it has in games ?

Nope. As far as I know you can't.

I like it, but a lot of people will always hate it.

I'm in year 2049 of a solo CFM franchise. Super sim most games. I think it's very poorly executed and a cartoonish way to simulate momentum.

I would love the option to toggle it off if this is how it will continue to be going forward.

Same I enjoy the challenge of managing it but you should have the option to turn it off.

Some ways where momentum is very irrational

- you can be trailing by 7 and rip off a 15 play drive & still not even out momentum

- hypothetical from the above you can settle for a FG despite showing success driving up n down field (Game is 7 to 3 you trail still) you force a 3& out on defense and you still won’t have have neutral momentum or an edge despite the Score long drive and 3 & out

- teams down with .2- 3% chance of winning gain momentum for garbage time TDs. I once was winning by 40 in CFM and the cpu scored 2 tds still down over 24 points but my momentum bar was just below first level power up

- It doesn’t reset after halves or quarters
