What slider would create more misses on wide open shots?

I know the title sounds odd but I’m trying to figure out what slider creates more randomness/inconsistency on wide open threes. That way there’s some randomness, guys still miss even wide open shots in the nba. I play an offline league. Is it as simple as 3 point success, maybe coverage shot impact. I have everything else pretty much fine tuned in my sliders. Been playing since the beginning of 2k on Dreamcast. Thanks in advance.

A combination of 3PT success, coverage impact and offensive consistency.

I would start by lowering coverage impact and offensive consistency.

Yeah it would create more misses on wide open threes and you probably will have to lower it a bit if you ever get your sliders right. However, what you want to do is get people moving more. Get people sagging a little more. I am pretty sure if you lower perimeter defense, people actually move further away from their player haha. Help defense, shot coverage impacts put them really low so people are not contested. I also tried the 'shot timing impact' and put it on 0%. Get some weird anis but it looks nice. I really think the idea is to just get the guys moving (so bump accel a tiny bit, widen the speed curve but keep accel kinda high so people move for plays etc) then get them to shoot more shots. The percentage on those shots is what it is because the whole game is predicated on your contest level and open = lay up practically. You have to fix the contest level as well or the 3 point will drop off massively.
