How to download current NCAA rosters?

I am playing NCAA football 12 right now. I like 12 because it is the last game to feature exporting to a madden game through dynasty franchise mode, and is one of the newest (after 13) to feature the bowl games (I hate the playoffs, feels too madden based and makes little teams have a disadvantage in my opinion).


I would like to know where to download the latest roster files. I have a ps3 that has custom firmware and is jailbroken, so I can't download from the psn network to retrieve update files, and installing the latest firmware update may brick my machine.
