Intl Job Offers

When playing in manager career mode, do you take the first international job offer you get or do you hold out for a better country or a favorite country.

I always take the first offer, as I am afraid I won't get another one.

My latest career using Real Club Celta de Vigo, I was offered to manage Ghana, which I took, however, by the time the offer came through I could no longer select players for the team. Does anyone know how often international team player selections are made available?

I always turn it off because managers almost never manage a club and country at the same time. The only one I'm aware of is Alex Ferguson managing Aberdeen and Scotland in the 80s(?).

I guess if it's a country you think would be fun to manage, accept it. If not, wait for an offer that you think would be fun.

Three questions for a newcomer that I’d really appreciate the help with:

- How long does it typically take to get an international offer?
- Do you just get an email offer or do you have to keep an eye out for it in Browse Jobs?
- Is there somewhere within Manager Career that you can confirm you have the international offers enabled? I’m confident I would’ve kept them enabled, but I’m also at the start of year 3, with a great record (granted on low level leagues) and haven’t seen anything international yet.

Answers:
1- A few months, before new years you'll recieve some.
2- Just email. Browse Jobs are club only
3- Yes. When creating a new career, when you enable/disable negotiations strictness, european football competitions, euros pounds or dollars, summer transfer window enable or disable, and international offers enable or disable

Will there be a world cup ? And will there be enough national squads to fill a world cup ?

Doubtful there’ll be a tournament called World Cup. More likely once the Euros DLC lands that will be an actual competition in career mode. It will come with any missing nations from the real tournament. Hopefully these will be playable in CM. It will add some variety if you also manage a European nation.

1. If O resign from managing a national team will be offered another national team later? And,
2. Can you receive offers from other nations if you’re already managing one?

I understand but will there be a tournament like the worldcup setting ?
