It actually looks like the original of the guy juggling and maybe even the girl were taken on an ice skating rink...and then placed in the bowling alley background with bowling balls instead of whatever he really had in his hands.
I'm guessing doctored.
At least I hope!

Even after watching that I am still not sure about this. I think fake in my opinion. If a bowling ball fell 4 foot and smacked you in the head and caused your head to bounce off a hardwood floor I think it would cause big damage. This just looks fake to me
