Which teams use Captain Patches (Michael Young)

I have made this thread to help out Michael Young with teams that wear Captainn Patches. I noticed in one of the new pics yesterday Donvan McNabb was wearing one. I have never seen McNabb ever wear a Captain patch. There are most likely a fan of every NFL team on the board right now.
