I am huge Pittsburgh Penguins fan and going to start keeping track of my Pens starting today and into free agency, training camp, preseason, and of coarse the regular season.

Today GM Ray Shero resigned Craig Adams for 2 years @ 1.1 milion. (550,000 per year)
And resigned veteren Billy Guerin for 1 year @ 2 million plus performance bonuses that could make his cap hit 2.85 million.

My thoughts of the 2 signings is that I like the Bill Guerin signing because Guerin can stillput up 25-30 goals a season with Sid dishing him the puck for wrist shots headed for the back of the net.
And I think since Shero resigned Adams and hopefully probably tomarrow that he will resign Zigomanis, then that will leave Goddard the odd man out with the fourth line with Adams-Zigomanis-Dupuis. So with this I think Goddard should be traded for whatever pick they can get (6th or 7th round).

So what r u guys thoughts about todays signings.

Love the Guerin signing. He was great in Pitt this year and will definitely contribute next year to the team.

Adams is just meh for me. But I guess out of him and Godard, I would take him.

yeahur right about adams, yeah I would have him over Godard anyday.

Hopefully after Shero gets the team all made up for the start of the season he will give Gonch and Tanger long term extensions.

I hope Shero resigns Scuds and Pesonen so Peso can play on the big club this season. He set a WBS record for most goals scored in a season.

you seen him a few times this past year. he basically was a softer version of sykora. i dont think he will do well in the nhl.

i would def like to see him get a better chance, but i just dont see him making it over here.

first off Man, I'm not trying to be a dick in any way but I think that when you post you should use a bit more grammar.

I like this a lot, and will keep checking back but I just think it will be a lot more attractive for other people and may get you some more people to follow.

Anyway, I really like this.
