I've been playing some online games lately and have been having trouble stopping the run. I can stop the run fine against the CPU but am struggling against the User. I'm using the Multiple D playbook. Any suggestions?

what team are you using? Stopping the run is pretty easy. Take control of the safety and walk him up to the line...If it's a run have your guy run to the gap where he is running towards..take your line and have them rush out so you get a clean shot...HIT STICK BOOM! fumble..haha...that way if it's pass you can just roll him back out into coverage...

I use illinois and oregon but mostly illinois for the challenge. my playbook is the 4-2-5. Perfect for stopping run and pass. Noone gets over 20 rushing yards over me.

I use the MLB and I usually stop the run.

well it kind of depends the person you are playing and what team they are. but in general, maybe be a little bit more aggressive in your play calling, focus more on plays that work well against the run.
I run a 3-4 defense and I find if I call Cover 1 and then tell the OLBs to blitz its pretty effective. Then you have 5-6 defenders to stop him short but if he breaks through that, you still have some guys deep.
