Patch/Tuning request thread
I hope im not being stupid and this thread already exists. If not it should be stickied.
Lets try to keep it specific and with minimal complaining and no insults. Just label and point out issues that you have noticed that can be handled via patch or tuning. Provide video if possible.
Here is what i have noticed of know of so far as my biggest gripes in no particular order.
1- Playbook glitch- for anyone that doesnt know certain actions when creating a playbook will break the playcalling mechanic forcing you to restart the game with a different playbook. Ill try to find the thread with the video in it for reference.
2- Dynamic conference prestige- Makes sense since i can turn the SEC into the MAC then the prestige should reflect that.
3- Blocking- I am seeing an old problem in 2012 which is blockers turning running and getting in the way of a ball carrier trying to block a defender BEHIND ME. Its not as bad as it was last gen, but it is a problem. (video coming)
4- More formations in playbook editor- specifically for me im wondering where the power T went. Im pretty sure it was in last years game somewhere. Also full house, pro form, near, and far seem to be missing either formation variations or are gone altogether.
5- Dynasty mode school pitch rankings- It has always been a mystery as to how to change some rankings if its even possible, but some things dont make sense. Specifically my current Notre dame team has been to 3 national championships in 5 years while winning 2, yet stilll has a B+ in championship contender...
6- FULL roster editing in dynasty mode- It is a great start, but id like 6-7 athletes who are best fit for defensive line but are only 213 pounds, or 5-10 192 pnd power running backs with 80 strength as freshmen. This would make transferring drafts to madden amazing (if madden did in fact fix transfers like the said they would...and it wouldnt matter as much because i think you can edit rosters there as well)
7- Cpu running the option is still very spotty. They never manage to cut up field properly and end up getting tackled for a loss. I havent been able to get sliders to make this happen for them. And this is not just the flex option its the spread option as well.
For me everything else ive found sliders can fix i to your preference. Olympic linebackers and pass accuracy are both fixed well by sliders, as well as unrealistic rush defense etc.
