Re: Nano Blitz??

It's a blitz that takes a nano second.

A defensive player or players get by unblocked and stop a play from behind the line.

Usually results in a instant sack.

Its very simple to do out of the 3-4 or any play with more than 5 people blitzing.

There are usually 5 blockers and optional a fb and hb who can possibly block.

If you account for all the blockers and send a extra man = nano.

In NCAA 12, I think its where the defensive player will glitch the game so that the Center just moves and the DT goes completely unblocked and well, If you under center, then your sacked in a nano second. And if your in the gun, you have like 1-2 seconds. Which is unrealistic.

Re: Nano Blitz??

People conflate two concepts when they are talking about nanos. Regular overload blitzes should allow a rusher through because they are sending more guys then you have blockers. A true nano is one that confuses the OLine AI so a DT gets through, which is much harder to stop because he's right on top of you at the snap and usually has 6-7 defenders dropping back anyway.

In madden I nano and I send 1 lb in between any gap I choose.

Even sack the qb before he gets the ball after the snaP
