MADDEN FREEZING AT THE ONLINE RANKED GAME SCREEN?

I got a new slim xbox 360 yesterday and transferred all my data from my old one yesterday. But this was happening on my old xbox as well, but it was having the open tray/unrecognized disc problem so i got rid of it. Madden 12 is still randomly freezing at the online ranked game screen after both teams have been picked and my whole xbox freezes. Can anyone help?

My game is not freezing at the game screen, but I am getting disconnected alomost every game I play online. I have no problems with the connections on any other games I play online

Both 11 and 12 is affected by intermittent and steady "freezing".

The problem is that not enough people are affected by this issue to really get EA's serious attention, and importantly a permanent solution.

I deleted a lot of Madden 12 old saved game data, videos, MUT packs, etc. Then I cleared my cache afterwards and restarted my xbox. I think That's normally what EA would say to do anyway. That has helped my connection and I've managed to play 2 online ranked games in a row.
