Create a Team Association Mode

I think they really need to add a new mode where you basically build a team from the bottom up. Starting with its location, arena, management, ect. Incorporate everything from Association Mode into it, but add alot of extra perks that allows you to control every aspect of your franchise.

I also hate how on the current create a team, when you add players all it does it duplicate them. That sucks because when I take my created team into association mode, all those players are also in the free agency pool.

I agree with you there. I remember wanting to do that in 2k10, creating an expansion team where I start off with people from the FA list, but it's not fun if each of those people just become duplicated. As amusing as it might be to see someone post up against his clone, it would wear off quickly.
