Madden 13 freezing please help

I bought the game yesterday and every time I try to play connected careers the game freezes in the load screen. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

which system? and is it an offline ccm or online ccm that freezes?

Xbox 360 and offline ccm

I read another user on the xbox was having freezing issues also. he was able to start an online ccm and just limit it to one user controller team. if you have access to play online maybe this is a work around for you?

i got 360 played 3 full seasons so simmed games... and never had a skip or nothing. maybe if you have that new Xbox slim 4gb console. that one sucks and makes games skip more often

Hey man, there are at least two of us having the same problem on here.

I'd recommend posting in this topic, because if we can get enough OS members to notice our plight we may have a chance of actually getting a response from EA (I've had a case open for 72 hours now and haven't heard a thing back from them)

My game freezes too on PS3, I guess beta testing is for suckers.
