Help - Tips on stopping people consistently driving into the paint

I'm having hard time consistently playing d on drives, what are the things you do to alter or guard better so people don't drive by so easily?

Switch off ball and bring help. Using the defensive shading to force them into the help side defense. Try to stay with them until the end or at least enough to make sure you force them into a contact layup/finish, those don't go in as often.

You could also try a zone defense...

LT, LT, LT.

LT is your friend. So many people are having issues down low, but don't realize how much contact you can create by anticipating angles and simply holding LT.
