Youth Squad/ Scouts Question.

Sorry if posted and answered.

I assume with scouts if I change teams they go away. However, what about the youth squad? I am sure they don't come with me, but do the players disappear or will the join he player pool when the come of age?

no idea. until we are able to actually look at other teams youth squad, there is no way of knowing if they stay or leave. logically it is assumed they stay on the team.

hopefully next year they will allow us to scout other teams youth squads and give us a chance to lure them away.

Especially considering the cpu is able to lure OUR youths away but we can't return the favor

For all we know, we do lure away players that other clubs are scouting. If there was an 'interest in player' rating or something like that it'd be good though. I know Madden and NHL have such a rating.

I believe the cpu can also convince players actually signed to your youth squad to sign an actual team deal.

This is what I was talking about. I had it happen to me a few nights ago. Got an email saying the player had been lured off the youth squad and that they didn't know how it happened but would get more info or something. Never got that extra info either lol.

I had this happen to me today. I'd recieved an email roughly a week before stating he wanted out of his contract as he thought he was good enough to play seniors. I think that's a warning to sign the player or lose him.
