Is HW Peyton the most accurate QB with a THA of 97?

I've used him few games now bringing my Tommie Frazier in for certain situations, and I have really noticed the difference his THA makes compared to Frazier, and I've been really happy with his performance.

Best pure passer in the game, I used him for a long time when I ran a pro set

Yup, I would run a 5 wr set sometimes and use him, he is great.
