Is it possible to control your rtts show player through out his minor league run, and still control your franchise team in the same season ? For example I want to start a Yankees franchise but I also want to play rtts with my player on the Yankees. Just thought it would be cool. If it's possible please let me know. If not it's ok this game is still great.

No, but with player lock in franchise what you can do is created an rtts guy to get your starting ratings. Then create that guy in your franchise and play only him. I believe the only thing you would need to do is determine when you want to call him up to each level.
