Through the main menu, like if I wanted to make a roster? I can't seem to find the option to trade picks along with the player?

Also I plan on making a Marshawn Lynch CAP, what's the most ideal overall for him?

do u mean play now or CFM

play now u cant trade picks

u need to CAP Lynch in Play Now then start a cfm with that roster then do 32 team them sim a season

make lynch between 87-90

Your best bet is to go to community creations and download one. People have really good updated sets.

How are people making these rosters if you can't trade Draft picks in the main menu ?

You can't trade draft picks outside of CFM. The only trades that are present are the ones from pre-release (2016 draft trades).

Even the official roster will not reflect trades from the 2016 season. So teams like the Patriots, Panthers, Browns, Vikings, Steelers etc., which have players on their rosters from player/pick trades, have the players they acquired AND still have their draft picks.

For example, the Vikings have Bradford AND still have their 2017 1st round pick. Roster creators can't change this, only CFM players can.
