Speed, Reactions, or Quirks for Best Infielders? How much do you value quirks?

I'm curious to how they all factor in.

For example, does Trea Turners speed make up for his defensive ability because he can run the ball down potentially? Or is Crawford going to get to every ball because of his reactions?

Does Aparicio get to every ball because he has the Quick Reflexes and Soft Hands quirk plus incredible speed?

I need some transparency here and just mainly curious how big the quirks factor and how much speed factors in. Outfield it obviously matters a ton because of covering ground but want to know for infield.
