32 Team Control Help

I'm trying to use a custom up to date roster and start a 32 team control with it. However if I try to advance straight to week 1 of the season, the other 31 teams have already completely messed up their roster by the start of the year. I'm wondering if there's a way to take control of all 32 teams at the start to ensure they don't mess up the rosters. As far as I'm aware of I can only pick one team before starting the franchise and manually adding the other 31 teams.

Start from preseason. Make cuts for all teams yourself

Preseason Week 1 - make all cuts off main 53 man roster that you can.

Week four make sure it does not say need to Cut 2 players. LS are first to go.
