Player Edit Screen

I posted this in another thread but I thought it might benefit from having its own.

I tried editing an existing players weight, it had no change on their appearance. Also the wingspan, shoulder width and body width sliders are no longer in the game. That means if we edit Joel Embiid to be 7'2 like he is in real life, or Durant/Ingram to be 6'11, their wingspan will also size up by default and we won't be able to adjust it back to the original measurement. This is disappointing. I was hoping we would be able edit a players body mass, wingspan, and shoulder width much like we are able to do during CAP. Can a Dev let us know if this is possible to patch in?

I pray to God you are wrong.

We have to edit shoulder widths, torsos and wingspans. The pre-set ones 2K gives the guys are usually way off.

Re: Player Edit Screen

Wow we can't even edit players wingspans anymore? I know you can do it for CAPs but not for real players?

Why....

Re: Player Edit Screen

Because it is 2k. When you like something they take it out so its a new feature in 3 games from now. I would love to be in the meetings that say what stays and what is taken out. Everyone wants Jordan sigs, wait for it. They will give it to us as a selling feature next year as if it was never in the game before.

Re: Player Edit Screen

Absolutely beyond unacceptable!

The sculpting this is one thing. I imagine a lot more goes into that.

But TAKING OUT something so simple like wingspan/torso/shoulder width, after it's been IN the game for how long now??!!!!

This is our only way to get guys' bodies to somewhat look more accurate and differentiate between each player.

Unreal. I mean, you can do these things in CAP, but not player edit now?

I don't Twitter, but hopefully those of you who do flood all those guys accounts about this BS.
