Hall Of Fame Difficulty

Normally I play on All-Star difficulty, but I find it far too easy and not super enjoyable. I switched to Hall of Fame difficulty a few days ago. The biggest difference that I noticed was that my 3-point shooting percentage is significantly lower, even though the 3PT Success slider is the exact same for both difficulties. I usually make about 50% of wide open threes with decent shooters, but I'm making about 20% now that I play on Hall Of Fame. Has anyone else noticed this? Is it a bug in the game, or just a coincidence?

My experience is that shooting is broken as of now
Higher difficulties doesnt mean its gets more difficult but more in favour of the AI , that also includes your shooting succes %

Not a bug, not a coincidence. Harder difficulty mean everything is harder now.
Shooting releases, layups, defense etc is all effected.
