Just Bruce and Royce so far.

Bruce is unlocked for returning players automatically, otherwise finish the career in HoF to unlock them all I believe.

Hope Bas and Saku are back, I want legendary Cro Cop, too, even though I know that's a somewhat unrealistic ask.
