I keep hearing about Operation Sports downloads, how do I get to that section on this website?

There is no specific download section. What is it that you are trying to get?

I am mainly looking for patches and roster updates for some of my ps3 games, but I've read some threads that mention the download section, and also the vault.

For downloads you can head to the roster forums of the specific game you are looking to download files for.

The vault isn't something on OS, but it's a feature within the respective games themselves that often times users here will collaborate on roster projects and then upload them into the vault of that game.
