Yea they could be much better at this. It took them like two weeks to get Gleyber Torres on the Yanks.

Oh that's nothing. Jordan Hicks, owner of the fastest 5 pitches and the fastest ever recorded strike isn't in the game after nearly two months (at least not in daily rosters).
