Does anyone have an OSFM Hybrid with Real Contracts made?

Looking for one with real contracts. Thanks for your help.

I have done 2 teams, it takes 15-20 per team I think? I plan to do all 30 but no idea how long it will take me as I’m short on time for another week or two.

I’d be happy collaborate if anyone else is interested... I’m in the U.K. so with different time zones it would be easy to bounce roster back and forth and get it done quickly.

PS I also plan to put all clutch ratings between 45-55 (or whatever WTNY did in his Realism roster) but can do that after the contracts are done.

What’s the purpose of changing the clutch ratings?

Game plays way better with everyone around 50. Allows the real player ratings to shine.

“Clutch” is a bogus stat as the sample sizes are tiny.

Discussion about it in the TrueSim Roster thread post 43 to about 80. Originally WTNY and Teeds idea (explained well in their Realism Roster thread from 2017).
