Not sure if it is just me or if this is even doable at the user-level, but I would pay a fee to have them removed from my personal OS experience. Just name the price.

The video pop-ups are especially the worst.

I use an ad-blocker that blocks them all on Chrome.

Agreed. I'd gladly pay to support an ad-free version. I stopped coming here because the pop up videos and large ads that resize the layout after load are just too much.
