Special Teams slider malfunction

I have my special teams sliders set up quite differently than the CPU yet anytime I use 'Play Now' mine always default to the CPU version when the game begins. It's frustrating because I want more difficult FG attempts and punting then I want for the CPU.

Is there a way to fix this?

How are you setting them up different? I have to agree with above, I'm yet to see a separate option for user and CPU when it comes to special teams.

The CPU has separate special teams sliders in the frontend, but in franchise mode there is one shared set of sliders for human and CPU.

There is in Play Now however when viewing them from a Play Now game or while in practice they'll be flipped so it will show the CPU's special teams sliders instead of the users but the inputted user sliders will still function properly.

With CFM, because of how things are set up with the character/profile system, there are essentially no CPU special teams sliders. The ones you see in the settings menu are strictly for the user and the CPU will always be on default as their special teams sliders are tied to that teams profile.

Re: Special Teams slider malfunction

In the main menu there are Special Teams sliders for both Human and CPU.

I have told people for years what ever your options are on the main menu do make a difference in your online CFM and probably offline as well.

If you import your sliders you set in main menu you will have the CPU kicking how you setup your special teams , yes its only one in CFM but it kicks on what you set for CPU online.

I can't speak for PLAY NOW because play now will play completely different than if your in a CFM or offline franchise. Its been this way for years and will continue to be this way.

Also, keep in mind by adjusting special team, fatigue, injury, parity and penalty sliders you alter game play in a big way.
