Does anyone have any idea how to do this on the PS4? In coach settings, Defense is the default but there's no way to access the offense coach settings. I can do this before a play now game but no way to change this during the game?

Never mind! You can change coach settings during a time out

Hold down on the d pad and toggle over to the offensive settings page

Not just during a timeout, anytime during the game. Just be careful...
