Being a lifelong Kings fan and enduring some of the most disappointing seasons over that timeframe, I’d have to say that I wouldn’t move Drew Doughty. I would trade away Jeff Carter while he’s got some scoring touch left. The reason is this....trading away your best defenseman for younger assets is great, but in order to keep the opposition from filling your net with pucks, a savvy veteran d-man like Doughty is the anchor needed on the blue line. Other than that, I agree with moving Alec Martinez or even Jake Muzzin. But not Drew. Just my two cents

Interesting, I hope there is more to follow with this Franchise.

Clearly the big hope is to win the lottery draft, meaning you wont have to make trades to get the number 1 pick. However if you don't get the number 1 pick, who or what, along with your 1st round pick, would you be willing to give up to acquire it? Just interested.
