Weird Coach XP Glitch

I’m commish of an OD and one of my guys is having an odd issue over never seen. He’s getting Coach XP and some goals, but not the usual amount. After 1 good win, he ended with very little XP. This screen should show a bar on the right side indicating a lot more goals if you scroll down. Has anyone ever seen this? Any fixes? He joined in the offseason. That team wasn’t previously a user team. I’ll most likely have him rejoin, it’s just weird.

He might also try deleting some league files possibly corrupted..
