Remove 'Pitch Type / R2' Graphic

Folks -

Is there any way to get rid of the rectangular Pitch Type R2 graphic that lingers before every pitch when batting? I turned off the Swing/Pitch info option but that didn't do it.

Thanks.

Turn off PITCH SELECT DISPLAY.

Its the option right above SWING/PITCH INFO

Think i posted a few times about it and always got this answer. Problem is I like the functionality pressing R2 to see pitches info but just don’t feel the need to have such onscreen help display.

You can still press R2 and see pitch sequence and the color coordination to the pitch it represents.

You just have to know the pitches the pitcher throws and you can find that on the pause menu

Yes i do agree for that part but you loose all the pitches confidence information ( pitcher overall confidence and each pitch confidence).

I just don’t understand why they left the label there. You don’t see any other help info other than R2 every single pitch and the bunt direction. It’s an easy fix to have it only for Rookie level or something like that.

Thanks guys. Countryboy's suggestion would be great for hitting but I'm with TripleCrown in wanting to see individual pitch confidence levels when pitching. Oh well.
